Shannon has been on our team since 2005! She loves seeing the positive impact that improving a patient's vision can have on the quality of their life. Shannon was born and raised in southern California and moved to the UP in 2004.

Tiara started in our billing department in 2023. Tiara is from the lower peninsula and moved to the UP in 2014 after she met her husband. She was a stay at home mom for 3 years and is excited to be joining a great team.

Front Office Manager
Lindsey has been working in the Front Office at Superior Eye Health Center since March of 2023. She grew up in the lower peninsula, in a small town called Oscoda, Michigan. She moved to Marquette in 2010 to attend NMU and graduated in 2014 with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work.

Chelsea has worked at SEHC since September of 2024. She previously worked as a CNA for many years as she loves working with patients in a heath care setting. She is a natural born Yooper from Negaunee, MI.
Hetty
Front Office Staff
Hetty has been working in the front office at Superior Eye Health since June of 2023. She grew up in Marquette and is currently attending Northern Michigan University for Elementary Education. In her free time, Hetty likes to be outdoors hiking, skiing, and relaxing by the beach. She also loves traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Lucy has been working in the front office of Superior Eye Health since May of 2025. She grew up in the small town of Lake Crystal in Southern Minnesota. She is currently attending Northern Michigan University for Biology and Pre-Optometry.

Justin, who was born and raised in Marquette, has been with Superior Eye since 2015. If you’re looking to try contact lenses for the first time, you will get to know Justin pretty well, as he is our contact lens trainer.
Nicole
Optician
Nicole was a part of our Optical team from 1992-2015 and decided return to Superior Eye in the summer of 2021. Nicole grew up in Marquette and attended both MSHS and NMU. Nicole loves spending time with her family and traveling. Nicole and her husband Eric have 4 children and two dogs.

Optical Manager / Optician
Logan is a dedicated professional with a passion for enriching the lives of others. Prior to joining Superior Eye in 2023, he worked for over four years in the Behavioral Health department at UPHS-Marquette.
Molly
Optician
Molly, an optician at Superior Eye Health, enjoys helping patients' find the perfect pair of glasses to fit both their style and vision needs. With a strong background in customer service, Molly brings a warm, personalized approach to every interaction. Outside of work, she loves spending time at the beach, hiking scenic trails, and getting lost in a good book.

Laura joined our team in 2016 and enjoys being a part of a team that provides quality care to our patients. She was born and raised in Wakefield, MI and has lived in the Marquette area for 19 years! Laura enjoys the outdoors and going for Harley rides with her husband. She spends most of her free time watching her three boys in school sporting events.

Emalie has been working in the Front Office at Superior Eye Health Center since 2015. She lives in Marquette with her boyfriend, Alex, and her 3 wonderful cats. In her free time she enjoys hiking, watercolor painting, and spending time outdoors.

Ashley has been working in the front office since December of 2023. She is a local Yooper and grew up in Negaunee, MI. Ashley has 2 sons, Brantley and Jameson, who she spends all of her time with outside of work.

Vision Therapy Director/Occupational Therapist/ Certified Optometric Vision Therapist
Chris joined Superior Eye Health Center as the Vision Therapy Director in 2009. She has a Bachelor’s and Master’s of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Western Michigan University with a graduate specialty in gerontology.
Taylor J.
Certified Optometric Vision Therapist
Taylor was born and raised in Kingsford, MI. Since graduating from Kingsford High School in 2014, she has earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and a Minor in Psychology from Ferris State University in 2019. She now lives in Marquette with her fiance Nate and daughter Nora.

"Taylor Collins began working at Superior Eye Health and Vision Therapy in November 2021. Taylor is originally from Marquette, however, has been living downstate for the past 4 years working as a Blind Rehabilitation Therapist.
